    Tweeter put behind bars for six years for insulting Emirate, misusing social media

    The Prison Courtroom has sentenced a social media person to 6 years in jail with onerous labor, for insulting the Emirate and misusing telecommunications instruments by way of a tweet posted on the “X” platform.

    In line with the courtroom’s ruling, the accused was sentenced to 5 years in jail with onerous labor for 3 prices associated to illegal affiliation.
