Noura Al-Fassam, Minister of Finance and Minister of State for Financial Affairs and Funding has tendered her resignation.
In accordance with Al-Jarida day by day, an Amiri Decree has been issued accepting the resignation of the Finance Minister.
A second decree has been issued appointing Dr. Subaih Al-Mukhaizeem, present Minister of Electrical energy, Water and Renewable Power, to moreover function Minister of Finance and Appearing Minister of State for Financial Affairs and Funding.
Eng. Noora Al-Fassam, who holds a Grasp’s diploma in Enterprise Administration from the Kuwait College, in addition to a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and Administration Methods with honors from Kuwait College, was appointed Minister on August 25, 2024, by Amiri Decree No. 140/2024.
Previous to the appointment she was the Chief Technique Officer at Boubyan Financial institution, the primary place of its form authorized by the Central Financial institution of Kuwait.
