    TUNIS (Reuters) – Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune appointed Sifi Ghrieb because the nation’s new prime minister and Mourad Adjal as minister of power and renewable power in a cupboard reshuffle, a presidential assertion stated on Sunday.

    Ghrieb, who was the business minister, had been serving as performing prime minister since Tebboune ended the tenure of Nadir Larbaoui final month.

    Adjal was the CEO of Algeria’s state energy agency Sonelgaz.

    The ministers of finance, commerce and overseas affairs remained of their positions, the presidency stated.
