Arkan Solutions introduced the profitable go-live of its progressive PSTN integration service for DHL Specific in Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan, in collaboration with British Telecom (BT). Underneath a multi-country settlement, DHL is deploying Arkan Genesys Cloud Join to combine native PSTN strains into the Genesys Cloud CX platform, which is globally managed by BT as DHL’s Genesys companion.

Following Egypt’s preliminary rollout in 2024, these newest deployments mark a significant step ahead in DHL’s regional digital transformation initiative throughout the Center East.

Arkan Genesys Cloud Join is a safe, absolutely managed PSTN integration resolution that bridges native telecom infrastructure with Genesys Cloud CX. By leveraging Arkan’s carrier-grade SBCaaS (Session Border Controller as a Service) and international telecom interconnections, the answer ensures regulatory compliance, excessive availability, and premium voice high quality throughout complicated markets.

“We’re proud to broaden our partnership with BT and DHL as three extra nations go stay,” mentioned Hussam Fawzy, Chairman of Arkan Options. “Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan symbolize a major milestone in enabling DHL’s cloud-first contact heart technique throughout the area.”

BT is managing the worldwide Genesys Cloud CX deployment, whereas Arkan is offering PSTN integration and voice providers tailor-made to every Center Jap market. The settlement encompasses most DHL Specific nations within the area, with extra go-lives scheduled for 2025.
