    20 World Leaders to Convene in Egypt for Sisi-Trump Hosted Gaza Peace Summit

    Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and U.S. President Donald Trump will co-chair the “Sharm El-Sheikh Summit for Peace” on 13 October, 2025, happening within the  Crimson Sea metropolis of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.

    The summit is set to convey collectively world leaders to unite for a standard aim;  ending the continued conflict within the Gaza Strip and establishing a brand new period of peace and stability within the Center East.

    The summit follows the current announcement of a ceasefire, marking the conclusion of a two-year conflict that has devastated Gaza. The ceasefire was announced on 8 October, 2025, by the U.S. President Donald Trump as a part of a negotiated settlement between Israel and Hamas, mediated by Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey after intensive negotiations.

    Furthermore, the Egyptian presidency has emphasized that the summit goals to solidify the ceasefire and to advertise regional safety and stability.

    Within the lead-up to this assembly, Egyptian Overseas Minister Badr Abdelatty and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio engaged in detailed discussions concerning the summit preparations and the implementation of the preliminary section of the Gaza peace settlement.

    French President Emmanuel Macron can be expected to attend, highlighting the broad worldwide help for the ceasefire deal and the collective dedication to peace within the area.

    President Trump has expressed optimism concerning the peace plan, noting that the concerned nations are weary of battle and looking forward to decision.
