    Dubai Culture launches ‘Harakat Sikka’ to nurture next gen animators – Arts & culture

     Dubai Tradition and Arts Authority has introduced that purposes are actually open for “Harakat Sikka,” a stop-motion animation and visible storytelling coaching programme underneath the Sikka Platform.
