The Iraqi safety authorities have arrested a Kuwaiti man, recognized solely H. A. R. M., who needed for the premeditated homicide of his Syrian spouse.
In keeping with experiences the person was needed by the Kuwaiti authorities and the arrest occurred as a part of the joint safety cooperation between Kuwait and Iraq. It’s reported the person was taken into custody following a global arrest warrant.

Following the completion of authorized procedures in Iraq, the Iraqi Supreme Judicial Council accredited the suspect’s extradition to Kuwait.
He was handed over on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, to the Kuwaiti authorities on the Abdali border crossing, in coordination between the Kuwaiti Interpol and its Iraqi counterpart.
The suspect has been referred to the competent authorities in Kuwait to proceed with the required authorized actions.
