    Abu Dhabi hotels generate $231m in April 2025 as tourism demand surges

    Abu Dhabi’s hospitality sector posted a powerful efficiency in April 2025, producing AED847m ($231m) in complete income, in accordance with new information launched by the Division of Tradition and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and the Statistics Centre – Abu Dhabi.

    The income breakdown included:

    • AED540m ($147m) from room bookings
    • AED256m ($70m) from meals and beverage companies
    • AED51m ($14m) from different hotel-related companies

    The emirate’s hotels recorded an average occupancy rate of 87 per cent, with complete visitor nights surpassing 1.52 million throughout 172 lodge institutions providing 34,383 rooms.

    Abu Dhabi tourism increase

    The typical income per obtainable room (RevPAR) reached AED614 ($167), underscoring sturdy journey demand and wholesome pricing energy.

    In March 2025, the emirate’s resorts welcomed roughly 531,000 friends, led by non-Arab Asian travellers (149,000) and intently adopted by European guests (148,000).

    UAE nationals made up 97,000 friends, reflecting a stable mixture of worldwide and home tourism.

    5-star resorts attracted the very best quantity of friends at 265,000, together with 95,000 European travellers. 4-star resorts hosted 143,000 friends, whereas three-star and under properties obtained 63,000 friends.

    An extra 61,000 travellers stayed in lodge flats, highlighting the emirate’s wide selection of lodging choices.
