    Abu Dhabi Judicial Department wins 3rd place at Dubai Dates Festival Awards – Arts & culture

    The Abu Dhabi Judicial Division (ADJD), by means of its Correction and Rehabilitation Centres, secured third place within the Dubai Dates Pageant Awards 2025, below the class of presidency entities.

    This recognition got here as appreciation for its distinguished participation that mixed high quality, creativity, and a significant social message, really reflecting the combination of rehabilitation efforts with manufacturing and innovation.

    Counselor Yousef Saeed Al Abri, Undersecretary of ADJD, affirmed that this honour from one of the outstanding heritage occasions within the nation displays the division’s agency dedication to creating rehabilitation programmes and empowering inmates professionally and socially.

    Al Abri additionally praised the relentless efforts of the groups on the Correction and Rehabilitation Centres, who’re steadily advancing in the direction of reaching integration between rehabilitation and manufacturing programmes.

    This 12 months, the ADJD participated within the Dubai Dates Pageant, organised by the Hamdan bin Mohammed Heritage Centre, amidst a large presence of presidency entities, the personal sector, and native farmers. The division showcased a complete pavilion highlighting the inmates’ creativity in agriculture, handicrafts, and heritage merchandise.

    The pavilion featured the best varieties of dates grown inside the correction centres, along with artisanal and creative merchandise that mirrored the talents acquired by the inmates by means of skilled rehabilitation applications carried out by the division.
