    Abu Dhabi real estate market hits record $14.7bn in H1 2025

    Abu Dhabi’s real estate market recorded its strongest ever half-year efficiency, with transactions reaching AED 54bn ($14.7bn) within the first half of 2025, in response to the inaugural Actual Property Market Report from the Abu Dhabi Actual Property Centre (ADREC).
