    Abu Dhabi-based PureHealth Holding has accomplished its EUR800 million (US$930 million) acquisition of 60 per cent stake in Hellenic Healthcare Group (HHG), a number one personal healthcare supplier in Greece and Cyprus.

    PureHealth had announced the transaction in January this year, valuing HHG at EUR2.2 billion (US$2.56 billion). The corporate was owned 90 per cent by CVC Capital Companions VI and 10 per cent by Dimitris Spyridis, the CEO of HHG.

    Following the acquisition, CVC Capital Companions will retain 35 per cent possession, whereas Spyridis will retain a 5 per cent stake within the firm.
