    Ajman property market grows 21% in August as deals hit $517m

    The worth of real estate transactions in Ajman reached AED1.9bn ($517m) in August 2025, marking a 21 per cent improve in comparison with the identical month in 2024, in response to the newest Actual Property Report issued by the Division of Land and Actual Property Regulation.

    Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-Basic of the Division of Land and Actual Property Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the whole variety of actual property transactions in August stood at 1,389.

    Of those, 1,116 have been actual property buying and selling offers, with a mixed worth exceeding AED1.39 billion ($378 million).

    He added that 214 mortgage transactions have been recorded throughout the month, with a complete worth of greater than AED285m ($77.6m).

    Al Muhairi emphasised that the results reflect the resilience of the emirate’s real estate sector, highlighting the number of funding alternatives and their enchantment to a variety of traders looking for to profit from the emirate’s distinctive benefits and powerful competitiveness.
