    Fundamental Hospitality will open KIGO at 4 Seasons Resort Dubai Worldwide Monetary Centre this September, introducing a counter-style omakase and kaiseki eating idea led by Chef Izu Ani, Head Chef Akinori “Aki” Tanigawa, and Sushi Head Chef Daihachiro Ebata.
