DOHA (Reuters) -The Democratic Republic of Congo and the M23 insurgent group signed on Saturday in Qatar a framework settlement for a peace deal geared toward ending combating in jap Congo.
The settlement was signed by representatives from either side in a ceremony within the Qatari capital Doha.
