    The Dubai Authorities Human Assets (DGHR) Division introduced the commencement and recognition of a bunch of staff from H.H. The Ruler’s Courtroom who accomplished the ‘Ta’heel’ program geared toward growing second-tier leaders. This initiative displays DGHR’s ongoing dedication to strengthening authorities capabilities and celebrates the members’ profitable completion of a complete program centered on enhancing behavioural, technical, and strategic expertise.

    The ‘Ta’heel’ program demonstrates DGHR’s dedication to empowering nationwide expertise by way of coaching and growth, strengthening its future readiness, and guaranteeing its capability to adapt to evolving calls for.
