    Drone Delivery Service Begins in Dubai’s Nad Al Sheba – UAE

    Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Islamic Affairs and Charitable Actions Division Launch Sensible and Sustainable Drone Supply Route with Keeta Drone.

    In a pioneering step towards redefining the idea of city supply, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, in collaboration with the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Actions Division and operator Keeta Drone, has formally launched a brand new drone supply route within the Nad Al Sheba space. The service will allow drones to ship meals orders from eating places and cafés situated in Nad Al Sheba Avenue Mall to residents within the space, with the supply touchdown level situated at Nad Al Sheba Grand Mosque.

     


    This launch marks a brand new milestone in Dubai’s journey to strengthen its place as a worldwide capital for good transportation and superior aerial logistics companies. His Excellency Mohammed Abdulla Lengawi, Director Basic of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, formally launched the route by overseeing the primary drone supply in Nad Al Sheba, within the presence of senior officers from varied authorities entities and stakeholders in Dubai, together with His Excellency Ahmed Darwish Al Muhairi, Director Basic of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Actions Division in Dubai; His Excellency Badr Bu Hanad, Director Basic of Dubai Silicon Oasis; and His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren and Mr. Sayed Ismail Mohammed Al Hashmi, Performing Government Director of the Company Help Providers Sector in Dubai Municipality.
