    Dubai builds 103km of new roads across 8 districts to slash travel times

    Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has accomplished a collection of inside street tasks in Al Khawaneej 2 (Tolerance District) and Jebel Ali Industrial Space 1, whereas work is underway on six extra residential areas to spice up connectivity, security, and capability.

    New Dubai roads

    The Al Khawaneej 2 improvement delivered six kilometres of inside roads, 765 roadside parking areas, 178 lighting poles, and a devoted biking monitor, linking the neighborhood to Amman Road and surrounding roads.

    In Jebel Ali Industrial Space 1, RTA constructed and upgraded 27km of roads, transformed the intersection of First Al Khail Road and Road 23 right into a signalised junction, and added seven new roundabouts to enhance visitors move for heavy automobiles.

    Roads underneath development

    • Al Awir 1: 16.5km of roads, together with a 7.5km twin carriageway linking Emirates Highway to Al Awir 1.     Al Tayer stated these upgrades are central to RTA’s efforts to accommodate inhabitants development, ease congestion, and enhance high quality of life throughout Dubai’s communities.
