The Dubai Centre for Household Companies, which operates beneath the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, has hosted the newest occasion in its “Governance Collection.”
The session, which was attended by 21 household enterprise leaders, explored household governance and structural legacy fashions to assist the long-term sustainable development of household companies.
Held in collaboration with the Indian Enterprise & Skilled Council (IBPC), the session mentioned sensible methods for family-owned enterprises to plan for the long run, together with the right way to arrange clear governance and authorized constructions to assist easy management transitions and promote long-term enterprise continuity.
