    Dubai Centre for Family Businesses highlights structuring of family business legacy models – Business – Economy and Finance

    The Dubai Centre for Household Companies, which operates beneath the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, has hosted the newest occasion in its “Governance Collection.”

    The session, which was attended by 21 household enterprise leaders, explored household governance and structural legacy fashions to assist the long-term sustainable development of household companies.

    Held in collaboration with the Indian Enterprise & Skilled Council (IBPC), the session mentioned sensible methods for family-owned enterprises to plan for the long run, together with the right way to arrange clear governance and authorized constructions to assist easy management transitions and promote long-term enterprise continuity.

    Actual-world case research have been used for instance methods which have supported legacy-building in family-owned enterprises, with a deal with instruments that assist continuity and development throughout generations.

    Throughout her opening remarks on the session, Maha Al Gargawi, Vice President of Enterprise Advocacy at Dubai Chambers, said, “We’re dedicated to supporting the continuity of household enterprise to reinforce their contribution to constructing a diversified and sustainable economic system. That is achieved by selling the adoption of governance programs, administration constructions, and succession planning methods that construct on the achievements of those companies.”
