    Dubai South Expands Line Maintenance Units to Meet Growing Aviation Demand

    The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has introduced the growth of its Line Upkeep Items (LMUs) to assist airside operators, together with FBOs, with direct entry to their purchasers.

    The growth brings the overall variety of LMUs to 11, overlaying a mixed space of 76,000 sq. toes. Designed as a one-stop aviation options hub, the LMUs will present a variety of companies, together with storage and upkeep warehouses, tooling, engineering assist, and a world-class pilot relaxation space. The services will even function devoted shaded parking, places of work, and a number of further facilities tailor-made to business wants. Development is at present underway, with completion scheduled for Q3 2026.
