    Dubai traffic to ease: RTA to boost Ras Al Khor, Al Meydan traffic capacity by 50%

    Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is widening the right-turn lane for autos travelling from Ras Al Khor in direction of Al Meydan Avenue Interchange, a transfer anticipated to lift site visitors capability by 50 per cent.

    The works, scheduled for completion by August 10, will improve the variety of lanes from two to 3, enhancing circulate between Ras Al Khor Industrial Space and Nad Al Sheba, and easing motion in direction of Al Meydan Avenue and surrounding areas.

    RTA stated the advance will improve automobile capability from 1,800 to 2,700 autos per hour, a 30 per cent soar, lowering congestion and ready instances at intersections throughout peak hours.
