    Dubai unveils VIP Terminal Boulevard at MBRAH to attract global aviation firms and luxury brands

    The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has unveiled The VIP Terminal Boulevard, a landmark improvement designed to draw international aviation corporations and luxurious retailers.

    Strategically situated subsequent to the VIP Terminal — which continues to see report development in enterprise aviation actions — the boulevard stretches 769m and options 16 premium buildings throughout 204,000sqm of improvement.

    The venture shall be delivered in phases from 2026, providing state-of-the-art amenities and shops as a part of MBRAH’s built-in aviation ecosystem.

    “The VIP Terminal Boulevard is a major addition to the world-class amenities at Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub. It should open new alternatives for main aviation corporations and luxurious manufacturers to flourish, whereas additional strengthening Dubai’s place as a premier vacation spot for corporations and a key participant on the worldwide aviation map.”

    MBRAH, situated inside Dubai South, is a free-zone vacation spot providing connectivity to international aerospace gamers.

    It hosts upkeep centres, coaching amenities and training campuses, and serves as a base for main airways, personal jet operators, MROs and related industries — supporting theemirate’s imaginative and prescient to stay a worldwide aviation hub.
