    Emirates cancels some flights over Super Typhoon concerns

    Emirates has cancelled flights between Dubai and Hong Kong attributable to considerations over Tremendous Hurricane Ragasa.

    Hong Kong Worldwide Airport is making ready to droop flights for 36 hours, doubtlessly affecting 1000’s of flights.

    Emirates cancels Hong Kong flights

    Dubai-based Emirates has cancelled flights on September 23-25.

    In a statement, it mentioned: “Attributable to Tremendous Hurricane Ragasa, which is predicted to landfall in Hong Kong (HKG) and Shenzhen (SZX) on 23rd and 24th September 2025, the next Emirates flights have been cancelled:

    • EK382/23rd September from Dubai to Hong Kong
    • EK383/23rd September from Hong Kong to Dubai
    • EK382/24th September from Dubai to Hong Kong
    • EK383/24th September from Hong Kong to Dubai
    • EK380/23rd September from Dubai to Hong Kong
    • EK381/24th September from Hong Kong to Dubai
    • EK380/24th September from Dubai to Hong Kong
    • EK381/25th September from Hong Kong to Dubai
    • Flights Shuttle service between Hong Kong and Bangkok may even be cancelled on 23rd and 24th September
    • EK328/23rd September from Dubai to Shenzhen
    • EK329/23rd September from Shenzhen to Dubai

    “Clients connecting via Dubai with remaining locations Hong Kong and Shenzhen won’t be accepted for journey at their level of origin till additional discover”.

    The airline apologised for any inconvenience induced to clients and suggested passengers to observe updates forward of journey.

    Hurricane Ragasa is predicted to be the strongest storm this yr and has seen winds of over 267 kph (165 mph), the equal of a Class 5 hurricane.
