    Kuwait set to introduce AI across several govt jobs in partnership with Microsoft

    With Kuwait set to introduce synthetic intelligence throughout a number of authorities jobs from October in collaboration with Microsoft, questions have arisen concerning the influence on employment.

    Nonetheless, officers emphasize that the technique is designed to enrich — not exchange — human assets, backed by coaching initiatives to upskill nationwide expertise, stories Al-Rai each day.

    As a part of the settlement with Microsoft, Kuwait will roll out a complete qualification program to equip residents with important AI expertise.     Through the launch of the Kuwait Oil Firm’s Synthetic Intelligence Innovation Heart, KPC Chief Government Officer Sheikh Nawaf Al-Saud underscored that “there isn’t a substitute for the human aspect in analyzing AI output.”

    Kuwait Oil Firm CEO Ahmed Al-Eidan echoed this view, stressing continued funding in younger Kuwaiti expertise to drive the AI and vitality transformation.

    Knowledgeable sources revealed that authorities businesses, beneath the supervision of the Communication & Data Expertise Regulatory Authority, are accelerating AI adoption to enhance effectivity whereas concurrently offering coaching packages for workers. Officers say this dual-track strategy will create new alternatives and strengthen current jobs, balancing progress with job safety.
