The Legal Courtroom as we speak handed down a dying sentence to a Kuwaiti citizen who’s accused of intentionally working over his spouse within the suburb of Mutlaa on the primary day of Eid al-Fitr.

Following the decision, legal professional Abdul Mohsen Al-Qattan, representing the sufferer’s heirs, described the ruling as “a victory for justice and redress for the sufferer and her household.”

He emphasised that the courtroom relied on conclusive proof introduced by the Public Prosecution, together with forensic stories and the technical examination of the crime scene, which confirmed that the act was premeditated and deliberate.

The case has drawn important consideration as a result of nature of the crime and the tragic timing throughout a serious vacation.
