The Ministerial Courtroom has upheld a call to dismiss the grievance filed in opposition to Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad regarding alleged interference in parliamentary elections.
The grievance, initially submitted by the Monetary Investigations Unit, accused Al-Fahad of influencing the electoral course of by way of monetary disbursements.
A committee tasked with investigating ministers — led by Counselor Omar Al-Masoud and together with Counselors Saud Al-Sanea and Ahmed Al-Muqallad — had beforehand dominated to dismiss the case, citing an absence of proof to help the accusations.
