    Minor incident involves Kuwait Airways flight to the Philippines, no injuries reported

    A Kuwait Airways outbound flight for the Philippines with 284 passengers on board encountered a minor incident early Friday morning earlier than takeoff at Kuwait Worldwide Airport, the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA) confirmed.

    PACA spokesman Abdullah Al-Rajhi mentioned the incident occurred at 4:24 a.m. because of an emergency technical malfunction within the plane’s braking system whereas the airplane was taxiing.
