    The Ministry of Human Assets and Emiratisation (MoHRE) introduced that 40 Home Employee Recruitment Workplaces within the UAE have been penalised through the first half of 2025, with administrative and monetary authorized measures taken towards them after confirming roughly 140 violations of the Labour Regulation regarding Home Staff and its Implementing Rules.

    The ministry asserted that it might present no leniency with any Home Employee Recruitment Workplace confirmed to have dedicated authorized or administrative violations and transgressions.
