    MOI arrests nine suspects, seizes narcotics in Ahmadi Governorate crackdown

    The Ministry of Inside introduced on Sunday the arrest of 9 suspects of varied nationalities after safety campaigns uncovered important portions of narcotics and psychotropic substances in a number of focused places.

    In a press assertion, the ministry defined that coordinated operations carried out by the Normal Division for Drug Management and the Prison Investigation Division in Al-Ahmadi Governorate resulted within the seizure of roughly 341 grams of crystal meth, 9,000 Lyrica tablets, and round 3,000 Captagon capsules.

    The ministry added that officers additionally discovered 6 kilograms of chemical substances, 3.25 kilograms of marijuana, 20 grams of heroin, 75 grams of cannabis, and a rolled cigarette containing narcotic materials.

    Furthermore, the authorities confiscated 5 cans of cannabis oil used for digital cigarettes, three precision scales used for weighing medication, and 400 dinars believed to be from sale of medication.

    All suspects and confiscated supplies had been referred to the competent authorities for authorized motion.

    The Ministry of Inside affirmed it would proceed its intensive safety campaigns to fight drug trafficking networks and stop the unfold of narcotics and psychotropic substances all through the nation.
