    Nakheel awards $46m Dubai Islands Bay Villas contract to Al Nasr

    Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Actual Property, has awarded Al Nasr Contracting Firm an AED169m ($46m) contract to ship inside roadworks and important utilities for Bay Villas at Dubai Islands.

    The scope of the contract covers entry roads throughout the 636-unit residential neighborhood and the set up of utility providers to attach properties, public areas and the broader island infrastructure.

    The works characterize a crucial step within the build-out of the brand new neighbourhood, a part of Nakheel’s sequencing method to mix preparatory and infrastructure supply for constant long-term outcomes.

    Dubai Islands contracts

    This latest award follows Nakheel’s earlier AED2.6bn ($708m) contract with Fibrex Contracting for the development of Dubai Islands.

    Bay Villas will function townhouses, semi-detached villas, backyard villas, and premium waterfront and beachfront villas inside a related, resort-style setting.

    The neighborhood varieties a part of the broader Dubai Islands imaginative and prescient and immediately helps the Dubai 2040 City Grasp Plan via built-in neighbourhoods, accessible public areas and high-quality facilities.
