    Over 40 Indian pilgrims feared dead in Saudi bus crash

    A devastating street accident in Saudi Arabia has reportedly claimed the lives of greater than 40 Indian pilgrims after their bus collided with a diesel tanker late Sunday evening.

    In accordance with Indian media stories, the bus was touring from Makkah to Madinah when the crash occurred round 11pm native time.

    Preliminary stories point out that almost all of passengers on board have been from the Indian state of Telangana. The influence of the collision prompted the bus to catch hearth, resulting in fears of a excessive variety of casualties.

    Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed deep shock following the incident and has directed officers to collect detailed info and coordinate with related authorities.

    Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi confirmed that 42 Hajj pilgrims have been on the bus on the time of the accident.
