    Real estate transactions reach 129 contracts worth 78 million dinars in a week

    Statistics launched by the Actual Property Registration and Documentation Division on the Ministry of Justice on Tuesday revealed that 129 actual property contracts have been traded in the course of the week of October 26–30, with a complete worth of roughly 78 million dinars.

    Based on the ministry’s printed knowledge, personal actual property contracts dominated the market, with 94 properties exchanged, totaling 40.5 million dinars.
    Funding properties adopted, with 30 contracts valued at 21 million dinars, whereas industrial actual property noticed 4 contracts price 14 million dinars, studies Al-Rai day by day.

    Moreover, a single warehouse property was traded for two.7 million dinars.

    By way of geographical distribution:

    • Capital Governorate — 6 personal, 3 funding, 2 industrial contracts
    • Ahmadi Governorate — 28 personal, 15 funding, 1 industrial contract
    • Hawalli Governorate — 20 personal, 5 funding, 1 industrial contract
    • Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate — 19 personal, 3 funding contracts
    • Al-Jahra Governorate — 12 personal, 2 funding contracts
    • Al-Farwaniya Governorate — 9 personal, 2 funding, 1 warehouse contract

     

    The information displays a continued strong exercise in Kuwait’s actual property sector, with personal properties remaining essentially the most actively traded section.
