    RTA signs MoUs with KHDA, Parkin and PayPal at GITEX Global 2025

    Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) signed three Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Data and Human Improvement Authority (KHDA) in Dubai, in partnership with GTS Alive Center East – the consultant of the Worldwide Scholar Identification Card Affiliation within the Center East – in addition to with Parkin PJSC and PayPal on the sidelines of its participation in GITEX World (13–17 October 2025).
