    Russian delegation heads to Turkey for talks with Ukraine, news agencies say

    MOSCOW (Reuters) -Russian negotiators are flying to Turkey for the primary peace talks with Ukraine in additional than seven weeks, Russian information companies reported on Wednesday.

    State company TASS mentioned talks would happen in a while Wednesday in Istanbul.

    Information from monitoring web site Flightradar24 confirmed the airplane utilized by Russian delegation chief Vladimir Medinsky to fly to earlier talks in Istanbul had taken off from Moscow.
