    The UAE’s Saif Alblooshi clinched the host nation’s first gold medal on the IMMAF Youth World Championships in Al Ain on Wednesday, defeating Azizullo Mirzoev of Tajikistan within the males’s Youth B (14–15 years) 40 kg remaining.     Mohammed Jasem Al Hosani, Member of the MMA Committee on the UAE Jiu-Jitsu and Combined Martial Arts Federation, stated, “We’re seeing clear progress every day by way of technical talent and tactical self-discipline proven by athletes contained in the cage. This 12 months’s championship is gaining momentum and displays a promising future for youth athletes world wide.
