    Saudi Arabia, Palestine sign three MoUs to support human capital, education, and digital transformation

    NEW YORK — Saudi International Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan met with Palestinian Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa on the sidelines of the high-level worldwide convention on the peaceable settlement of the Palestinian situation and the implementation of the two-state resolution on the ministerial stage.

    The assembly reviewed bilateral relations and mentioned developments in Palestine, in addition to methods to reinforce joint efforts and coordinate positions on the worldwide stage in help of Palestinian rights.

    Following the assembly, either side signed three memoranda of understanding (MoUs) as a part of Saudi Arabia’s continued help for the Palestinian trigger, folks, and reform agenda throughout a number of sectors.

    The primary MoU, centered on human capital improvement, was signed between the Saudi Ministry of Human Assets and Social Growth and the Palestinian Basic Personnel Council. Representing Saudi Arabia was Eng. Ibrahim Bahamam, Director Basic of Human Capital Growth, and signing on behalf of Palestine was Minister of Planning and Worldwide Cooperation Dr. Estephan Anton Salameh.

    The second MoU, aimed toward curriculum improvement and leveraging Saudi Arabia’s expertise in instructional reform, was signed between the Saudi Ministry of Training and the Palestinian Ministry of Training and Larger Training. Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Ruwaili, CEO of the Nationwide Middle for Curricula, signed on the Saudi facet, whereas Dr. Salameh signed on behalf of the Palestinian ministry.

    The third settlement centered on digital transformation and ICT collaboration, signed between Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Info Know-how and the Palestinian Ministry of Communications and Digital Economic system. It was signed by Mansour Al-Qurashi, Deputy Minister for Worldwide Cooperation and Partnerships, and once more by Dr. Salameh on behalf of the Palestinian facet.

    These MoUs replicate the Kingdom’s dedication to empowering Palestinian society — significantly youth — via schooling and human useful resource improvement, and to strengthening digital infrastructure to reinforce public companies for Palestinians.
