    RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Digital Authorities Authority (DGA) has introduced the closure and integration of 267 digital platforms throughout varied authorities sectors as a part of ongoing efforts to boost person expertise and enhance digital effectivity.

    The transfer displays a broader dedication to bettering the standard of presidency digital companies and guaranteeing platform integration consistent with Saudi Arabia’s strategic digital transformation targets.

    Based on a press release from the DGA, the closures come underneath a regulatory framework that features new governance requirements, the adoption of shared technical sources such because the Nationwide Single Signal-On system, e-payment gateways, and the Authorities Integration Channel.

    All platforms are additionally required to stick to the unified design code generally known as the “Platform Code,” enabling streamlined and efficient digital companies.

    The initiative is a part of the “Inclusive Authorities” program launched in 2022, which has diminished the variety of authorities digital platforms from 817 to 550 as of the tip of H1 2025.

    This system goals to optimize authorities useful resource utilization and ship extra environment friendly and user-centered digital companies, supporting the Kingdom’s broader digital transformation and bettering public satisfaction.
