    Saudi woman donates 80% of her liver to co-wife in rare act of generosity

    Noura Salem Al-Shammari, the primary spouse of Majed Baldah Al-Roqi, stepped ahead to assist her co-wife, Taghreed Awadh Al-Saadi, after seeing her endure from years of dialysis.
