    Seven Umrah companies suspended for housing pilgrims in unlicensed accommodations

    RIYADH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has suspended seven Umrah firms after detecting critical violations, together with housing pilgrims in unlicensed lodging — a direct breach of accepted regulatory tips.

    In an announcement issued Tuesday, the ministry mentioned the violations pose important dangers to the protection and luxury of pilgrims and confirmed that it had taken quick authorized motion in opposition to the offending firms, with penalties to observe as stipulated by regulation.

    The ministry reiterated its dedication to making sure that every one pilgrims obtain their full rights in keeping with the best requirements of high quality and effectivity. It warned that it’s going to not tolerate any firm that fails to uphold its contractual obligations or jeopardizes the protection of pilgrims.

    All Umrah operators have been urged to totally adjust to the official laws and to ship the agreed providers inside the set timelines. The ministry confused that adherence to those requirements is important to enhancing the pilgrim expertise and guaranteeing satisfaction all through their keep within the Kingdom.
