    TUNIS — Saudi Fund for Growth (SFD) Chief Government Officer Sultan Al-Marshad signed on Saturday a brand new improvement mortgage settlement with Tunisian Minister of Economic system and Planning Dr. Samir Abdelhafidh to finance the institution of an Oasis Hub Venture in southern Tunisia.
