    Sheikh Hamdan appoints new CEO of Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency

    In his capability because the Chairman of the Govt Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, issued Govt Council Decision No. (73) of 2025, transferring Abdullah Ahmed Mohammed Saleh Al Shehi from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Institution and appointing him as Chief Govt Officer of the Actual Property Regulatory Company (RERA).

    This Resolution is effective from the date of its issuance and shall be revealed within the Official Gazette.
