    Tasdeed platform marks 15 years, collects 11 billion dinars in non-oil revenues

    Minister of Electrical energy, Water and Renewable Power, Finance Minister, and Performing Minister of State for Financial Affairs and Funding, Dr. Subaih Al-Mukhaizeem, highlighted the success of the digital cost system “Tasdeed” throughout a celebration marking its fifteenth anniversary.

    He emphasised that authorities cooperation and the activation of Tasdeed have enabled the execution of 221 million authorities transactions and the gathering of 11 billion dinars in non-oil revenues for the reason that platform’s launch in 2010, studies Al-Rai day by day.

    Dr. Al-Mukhaizeem defined that the platform has established a unified system for the Ministry of Finance, connecting 53 authorities entities. Since 2013, these entities have benefited from a number of digital cost channels, changing paper stamps with digital alternate options, bettering effectivity and transparency throughout public providers.

    He described Tasdeed as one of many Ministry of Finance’s most vital digital management initiatives and a cornerstone of Kuwait’s transition towards a digital authorities. The platform additionally demonstrates a profitable public-private partnership mannequin, achieved by collaboration with the KNET Shared Banking Providers Firm.

    The minister added that the digital transformation efforts contributed to Kuwait successful the Sharjah Award for Public Finance in 2024-2025, recognizing the nation for distinguished institutional monetary service provision throughout the Arab world.

    Dr. Al-Mukhaizeem pressured that Tasdeed represents a strategic transfer towards a safer, complete, and environment friendly digital future, consistent with Kuwait Imaginative and prescient 2035. He emphasised that these initiatives strengthen Kuwait’s place as a number one nation in good authorities providers.
