The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Inside, Sheikh Fahd Al-Youssef, issued a choice No. (5) of 2025, to type a brief committee to handle the Kuwait Farmers Federation, based mostly on the issuance of ultimate judicial rulings to cancel the Board of Administrators, till new elections are held in accordance with the provisions of the regulation and the organizing rules.

The Committee shall maintain its conferences on the invitation of the Chairman or his Deputy. The assembly shall be deemed legitimate if no less than half of the members are current, along with the Chairman or his Deputy.
The selections are issued by majority vote. Within the occasion of a tie, the chairman’s vote shall prevail.
The committee shall additionally put together an in depth report on all its work and current it to the primary common meeting for approval.
It shall then be submitted to the related minister. This choice shall be efficient from the date of its publication within the Official Gazette.
