    Traffic dispute in Mubarak Al-Tanib escalates into assault and deliberate car damage

    A site visitors disagreement in Mubarak Al-Tanib spiraled right into a violent confrontation between two residents, involving a fistfight, verbal insults, and an intentional automobile collision, a safety supply instructed Al-Anba newspaper.

    The supply mentioned that one of many residents filed a grievance accusing the opposite — a bodily training instructor — of assaulting him, verbally abusing him, and intentionally ramming into his automobile.

    Throughout questioning, the accused claimed the complainant had stopped his automobile abruptly in the course of the highway, resulting in the argument. He alleged that he acted in self-defense after being provoked.

    The investigation, registered below “change of blows and collision,” included statements from each events, an inspection of the scene, and testimony from a witness.

    Findings confirmed that the dispute started with verbal insults and escalated into mutual assault, culminating within the accused intentionally ramming the complainant’s automobile.

    The case has been referred to the competent authorities for additional authorized motion.
