    UAE announces major government changes

    Following consultations and approval of President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, introduced the modifications to the UAE authorities.

    A brand new Ministry of Overseas commerce will  be established and the Ministry of Economic system shall be renamed as a part of the replace.

    UAE Authorities modifications

    Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid mentioned: “Following consultations with my brother, His Highness the President, and together with his approval, we announce at the moment modifications to the UAE authorities as follows:

    • Institution of a Ministry of Overseas Commerce within the UAE authorities and appointment of Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi as Minister of Overseas Commerce
    • Renaming the Ministry of Economic system to Ministry of Economic system and Tourism led by Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri

    “We additionally announce that the Nationwide Synthetic Intelligence System shall be adopted as an advisory member within the Council of Ministers, the Ministerial Improvement Council, and all boards of federal entities and authorities corporations ranging from January 2026 to help decision-making in these councils, conduct real-time analyses of their choices, present technical recommendation, and improve the effectivity of presidency insurance policies adopted by these councils throughout all sectors”.

    Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid added: “The world is present process a complete transformation section… scientifically… economically… and socially… our purpose is to arrange at the moment for the approaching a long time… our purpose is to make sure continued prosperity and dignified life for future generations.”
