    UAE Jiu-Jitsu National Team to Compete at World Games in Chengdu from August 7 to 17

    The UAE Jiu-Jitsu Nationwide Staff, sponsored by Mubadala Funding Firm, is making ready to compete on the 2025 version of The World Video games in Chengdu, China, going down from August 7 to 17. The group is aiming to construct on its spectacular efficiency on the earlier version in the USA in 2022 and proceed to lift the UAE’s standing within the international jiu-jitsu scene.

    The group contains six athletes who will symbolize the nation throughout numerous weight classes: Mohammed Alsuwaidi (69 kg), Mehdi Alawlaki (77 kg), Saeed Alkubaisi (85 kg), Asmaa Alhosani (52 kg), Shamsa Alameri (57 kg), and Shamma Alkalbani (63 kg).

Faisal Alketbi received two gold medals within the 85 kg and open weight divisions, whereas Mohammed Alsuwaidi earned silver within the 69 kg class. Shamma Alkalbani received two bronze medals within the 63 kg and open weight classes. The achievement marked a serious milestone for the group and positioned the UAE among the many prime jiu-jitsu nations.
