    US issues more Iran-related sanctions

    WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The Trump administration on Thursday issued extra Iran-related sanctions, concentrating on 13 entities based mostly in Hong Kong, China, the United Arab Emirates and the Marshall Islands, in addition to eight vessels, the U.S. Treasury Division stated.

    The measures cowl Greek nationwide Antonios Margaritis and his community of corporations and vessels that Treasury stated was concerned in transporting Iranian oil exports in violation of sanctions.

    The State Division individually stated it imposed sanctions on two China-based operators of oil-related terminals and storage. It stated they dealt with imports of Iranian oil aboard tankers beforehand focused by U.S. sanctions.
