(Reuters) -America imposed sanctions Thursday on 18 entities and people to focus on what the Treasury Division known as a community serving to Iran evade sanctions and generate income.
The U.S. targets embody RUNC Alternate System Firm and its management, Cyrus Offshore Financial institution, and Iranian software program holding firm Pasargad Arian Data and Communication Expertise, in response to a Treasury Division assertion.
“Treasury will proceed to disrupt Iran’s schemes geared toward evading our sanctions, block its entry to income, and starve its weapons packages of capital so as to shield the American folks,” Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent mentioned within the assertion.
