    36 law violators arrested, caught working on PAM Mutlaa Housing Project

    The Public Authority for Manpower has introduced the arrest of 36 employees – violators of residence and labor legal guidelines.

    They have been rounded up whereas they have been engaged on a housing undertaking within the Al-Mutlaa Metropolis. belonging to the Public Authority for Housing Affairs

    In a press assertion, the PAHW mentioned the crackdown is a part of its ongoing efforts to control the labor market and tighten oversight of undertaking websites.

    Performing on directives from First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Inside Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, a joint inspection marketing campaign was carried out in coordination with the Residence Affairs Investigations Division.

    Amongst these arrested are 15 home employees and 21 individuals contracted to work on farms. All of the arrested individuals have been referred to the Residence Affairs Investigations Division for additional authorized motion.

    The Authority affirmed that such inspection campaigns will proceed in cooperation with related our bodies to make sure a lawful and arranged work atmosphere throughout all tasks. It additionally urged employers to adjust to labor legal guidelines and keep away from hiring unlawful employees, warning that violators will face strict authorized penalties.
