    44 illegal workers caught working at Al-Naeem housing project

    The Public Authority for Manpower, by way of the Joint Tripartite Committee, launched an intensive inspection marketing campaign at a development website affiliated with the Al-Naeem Housing Venture.

    The marketing campaign was carried out below the directives of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Inside Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, as a part of efforts to control the labor market and implement compliance with labor legal guidelines in Kuwait, studies Al-Rai each day.

    Based on an official assertion, the marketing campaign led to the arrest of 44 employees present in violation of assorted rules. Amongst them had been 12 home employees employed outdoors the scope of their Article 20 residency permits, one employee engaged in unauthorized sheep herding, 28 people employed by firms not licensed to function on the venture website, and three employees violating residency legal guidelines.

    It reaffirmed that authorized measures might be taken towards all violators with out leniency to guard labor rights and keep a protected and lawful work setting.
