    The Abu Dhabi Division of Power (DoE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Supreme Council of Power (SCE) to reinforce collaboration within the regulation of petroleum merchandise buying and selling and the monitoring of liquefied petroleum gasoline (LPG) and diesel merchandise throughout ADIPEC 2025.

     

    The MoU was signed by H.E. Ahmed Buti Al Muhairbi, Secretary Basic, Dubai Supreme Council of Power, and H.E. Eng. Ahmed Alsayed Mohamed Al Sheebani, Performing Director Basic of Regulatory Affairs on the Abu Dhabi Division of Power, underscoring a shared dedication to security and sustainability throughout the UAE’s power sector.

     

    The settlement establishes a framework for cooperation between the 2 entities to streamline regulatory procedures for the commerce, storage, and transport of petroleum and diesel merchandise, in step with technical, environmental, and security requirements. It additionally enhances coordination on monitoring, knowledge sharing, and the alternate of finest practices to strengthen oversight and operational effectivity.

     

    H.E. Ahmed Buti Al Muhairbi, Secretary Basic of the Dubai Supreme Council of Power, stated: “This settlement embodies a shared imaginative and prescient to develop an built-in governance system for the buying and selling, storage, and transportation of petroleum merchandise, making certain the best requirements of effectivity, transparency, and security. We imagine this collaboration represents a pioneering step in direction of strengthening nationwide integration within the power sector and supporting the sustainability objectives adopted by the UAE.”
